1. Pay with PayPal

When placing an order with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page. There, you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still check out by clicking on "Pay with Debit/Credit Card". You will then be directed to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or safely complete your payment through PayPal.

2. Pay with Credit Card

Kindly be aware that MilosPaw does not collect your credit card number or personal information during the payment process. If you have any inquiries regarding your transactions on our website, please contact your card-issuing bank for assistance and information.


 1. Can I Change My Billing or Shipping Information?

Please ensure that your billing and shipping address is accurate when placing an order. Once you have placed an order, you should not change your billing or shipping address information. If you need to make changes, contact our Customer Service Department at  during the order processing stage to indicate your request. We can update the address if the package has not been shipped yet. However, once the package is in transit, we are unable to modify the shipping information.

2. How do I Know if My Payment has Been Received?

Upon receipt of your payment, an email notification will be sent to you confirming your order. You can also track the status of your order by logging into your customer account at The order status will be displayed as "Processing" once MilosPaw has received the payment.

3. Do You Provide an Invoice?

Yes. Once your order has been received and payment has been cleared, the invoice will be sent to you via email.

4. Why am I Being Asked to "Verify" My Payment?

To ensure your security, your order is being processed by MilosPaw's payment verification team. This standard procedure guarantees that all transactions on our platform are authorized and your future purchases will be processed in top priority.
