If you are unsatisfied with any item(s) purchased from milospaw.com, you can easily initiate a return by emailing us at service@milospaw.com. The return should be made within 30 days from the date of delivery. Our primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, and we will always strive to provide the best possible solution.

Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if the 30-day period has elapsed. To request a refund, kindly email your claim to service@milospaw.com, and our dedicated customer service department will assist you promptly. Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credited amount will be automatically applied to your original method of payment or credit card within a specific number of days.



Steps to contact us 

To provide assistance, kindly send us an email at service@milospaw.com, thoroughly explaining the issue you are facing. Please include the reason for the return or exchange, along with your order number and the name of the product. If you have received a defective, incorrect, or misrepresented item, please attach a clear picture or video showcasing the problem. Kindly ensure that the attached picture remains below 2 Mb in size. We kindly request you to communicate in the English language.

Our solutions

1. MilosPaw's responsibility
* If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund and/or an exchange.
* Once we receive the item, we will offer compensation or resend for free a replacement at our expense.
2. Customer's responsibility
* If the customer has ordered an incorrect size, product or simply wants to exchange the item, we can also allow a return.
* The customer is responsible for the shipping fee for an exchange, and we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees are non-refundable.


Please return unused items within 30 days upon receiving your items. All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and their original packaging intact.
We are not responsible for failed delivery due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If your package tracking states "returned to sender" or "undelivered" please contact us for steps to retrieve/re-send your package. We offer cancellation on these orders with a $7 cancellation fee if and only if the package is returned to sender rather than wrongly delivered. Of course, if this error is corrected prior to shipment there is no fee associated (please double check your address!).


For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:
Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours
Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
